Cyberpunk 2077 is an upcoming role-playing video game developed by CD Projekt RED and published by CD Projekt. <br /> <br />The game has been said to take place in a "dark future in 2077 where advanced technologies have become both the salvation and the curse of humanity." <br /> <br />Cyberpunk 2077 is a role-playing video game played from either a first-person or third-person perspective. It is set in an open world metropolis called Night City, whose inhabitants communicate in non-English languages. Players who do not speak the languages can buy translator implants to better comprehend them; depending on the advancement of the implants, the quality of translations will vary, with more expensive implants rendering more accurate translations. "Braindance", a digital recording device streamed directly into the brain, allows the player character to experience the emotions, brain processes and muscle movements of another person as though they were their own. <br /> <br />Along with the single-player story, Cyberpunk 2077 will include a multiplayer component. Flying cars will reportedly also be featured for players to navigate the open world environment.
